Celebrate Energy Awareness Month with PEEC and the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities with an electrifying event for all ages!
Drop-off kids (5 to 12 years) with PEEC educators for fun hands-on activities to learn where our electricity comes from with the help of the Monster Detective Collective.
While kids are investigating electricity, adults can grab a seat in the planetarium for an introduction to induction. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions, see an induction stove in action, and learn how homeowners can borrow (for FREE) induction cooktop kits from the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities.
Admission: Free.
