Katie Gattiker Is Top Predictor In Weekly Pace Race

Katie Gattiker was the best predictor in the Atomic City Road Runners weekly pace held at Firefighter Park at 45th Street and Arizona Avenue at 5 seconds off her predicted time.  Other accurate predictors were:  Catherine Hensley with a 18 second differential; Travis Gibson at 19 seconds off; 11 year old Luke Gibson recording a 21 second difference; and Cliff Stanley at 30 seconds off his predicted time.

On the 1 mile course 12 year old Levi Gibson was the first finisher at 6:56 and Maddie Harms was the top female with a time of 9:41.

Paul Geimer was the best finisher in the 3 mile distance recording a 21:11 and Adrienne Hetrick was the first female at 28:18.

Next week’s race will be held on Tuesday, May 16th, 2023 at 6:00 PM on the Deer Trap Mesa Trail which is located on Barranca Mesa. The start will be at the junction of Barranca Road and Navajo Road. 1 mile paved, 2 mile and 3.6 mile trail runs will be available.
